I am currently working as a Senior Experience & Service Designer at IBM iX where I help organisations leverage and implement Generative AI technology to digitally transform their current processes and workflows using Watsonx and other platforms.

 

Some of the other work I have done includes enterprise customer experience transformations with clients to research and develop user-centric solutions for existing pain points through experience & service design. This encompasses various aspects of the end-to-end product development including, but not limited to; facilitating workshops, user testing, heuristics, stakeholder engagement, co-design, service blueprinting, user story creation, prioritisation & business value alignment.
